Free Lecture: Batchelder Tile from the Bullock House

  • Lanterman Historical Museum Foundation 4420 Encinas Dr. La Cañada Flintridge United States (map)

Viewpoint, the Alta-Canyada house owned by the Bullock family, was torn down last year. However, the La Cañada Unified School District saved the Batchelder tile fireplace from the house.

For one day only, selections of the decorative Batchelder tiles will be on display at the Lanterman House. Enjoy an up-close view of these amazing tiles, followed by an illustrated lecture on the history of the Batchelder Tile Company by Lanterman House Director Laura Verlaque.

No reservations required; however, seating is limited to 50.
