The Lanterman House response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

March 13, 2020

As a safety measure for our visitors and volunteers, the Lanterman House has temporarily suspended all public events, tours, and archives visitors.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We will closely monitor and follow safety guidelines from the city, state and CDC.

During this time of closure to the public, the Lanterman House staff will continue their work of preserving and caring for the house and community archives.

Check out some of our new digital offerings!

  • Are you a resident of the Crescenta Cañada Valley? We hope that you will participate in our new project Documenting COVID-19.

Note to Researchers:

While the archives are closed to the public, staff will continue to respond to research requests submitted via email to archives@lantermanhouse.org.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response.
